Join Jan Hendrik for a Virtual Masterclass in partnership with La Motte Wine Estate.
In this masterclass, Jan Hendrik will be cooking a 3-course menu in his authentically South African-French style. The evening starts with the French classic, Salade Niçoise followed by a Maizemeal Socca with Biltong and for dessert, Strawberry Mousse with Turkish Delight.
