QUOIN ROCK VIRTUAL MASTERCLASS
Join me for a virtual masterclass in collaboration with Quoin Rock, where I will take you through the steps on how to make a delicious baby cabbage stuffed with pork and an MCC raspberry jelly and rose custard dessert. During this hour, I will also meet with Quoin Rock’s winemaker, Schalk Opperman, and we’ll discuss the Quoin Rock wines and MCC, and pair them with the dishes.
