Join me for a virtual masterclass in collaboration with Spekko, where I’ll be showing you how to take rice, an everyday staple, to the level of fine dining. During this hour, I’ll take you through the steps on how to make the perfect prawn rice salad, a one-bowl leg of lamb dish, and my all-time favourite rice pudding meringue, which we serve at Restaurant JAN in Nice.
