WHITE STAR VIRTUAL MASTERCLASS
One of my all-time favourite ingredients is maize meal – something that all South African love. It’s so willing to be dressed up or down for any occasion. Join me for a virtual masterclass in collaboration with White Star, where I’ll show you how to make maize meal the star of the dish. During this hour, I’ll take you through the steps on how to make pap caviar, chakalaka with balsamic caviar and Tête de Moine, pap aranchini and mozzarella cheese balls and, finally, a pap french toast omelette.
