Parmigiano Martini

When in Italy.

PARMIGIANO MARTINI

 

 

Ingredients

50ml parmesan-infused Vodka

15ml dry vermouth

15ml dill pickle juice

Method

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake for 10 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe.

Garnish with a pickle and a sliver of parmesan.

To make the parmesan infused vodka

Leave one parmesan rind in a bottle of vodka for at least two days.

Ensure to clean the parmesan rind before.
