THE JAN COLLECTION SPRING/ SUMMER 2026
Fabric is the poetry we wear. It’s a daily performance of texture, colour, and material. In the inaugural season of The JAN Collection we invite you to celebrate the beauty of living well with a limited, exclusive line of chef wear-inspired garments created in collaboration with local visionaries like artist Michael Taylor, Superella and STUDIO Jana + Koos. Each original piece is designed with a balance of functional design with the elegance of wearable art.
But The JAN Collection is more than clothing. It is a celebration of finery, homeware, publishing, wine and more as a testament to the love of a life filled with beauty, craftsmanship and thoughtful detail. The Spring/Summer 2026 line is inspired by the JAN ethos: that style, creativity and everyday practicality can coexist in perfect harmony.
The JAN Box Pini Dress and JAN Pleat Pants, produced in collaboration with Superella, are inspired by the quiet elegance of chef wear, where every fold and seam is shaped with purpose. Designed to move with you, they turn the ordinary rhythm of the day into something beautiful.
THE TWILLY
The JAN Collection twilly debuts in a playful pink, a delicate ribbon of artistry that bridges past and present.
Created in collaboration with acclaimed artist Michael Taylor, who was once my illustration lecturer, and the Wonderland Collective, The Twilly celebrates a full-circle moment, a testament to how creativity flows across seasons, connecting us through colour, craft, and the joy of shared imagination.
THE TOTE
The JAN Collection Tote Bag, crafted from 100% cotton, is made for those on the move, thoughtfully designed with an inside zip pocket, a matching interior pocket, two side pockets, and a metal D-ring to keep your keys close at hand.
Embroidered branding with a whimsical custom illustration by Studio Jana + Koos celebrating the launch of Le Bistrot de JAN Cape Town, this bag carries both beauty and purpose, with a portion of proceeds supporting the JAN Foundation’s charitable efforts, turning everyday creativity into meaningful impact.
THE CAP
The JAN Cap, crafted from soft cotton twill in monochrome shades of black or white, slips easily into any moment.
With its subtle JAN logo, it’s the accessory you reach for on sun-drenched walks, quiet market strolls, long drives with the windows down, or mornings spent sipping an americano in a café. A gentle nod to simplicity, worn wherever inspiration finds you.
THE ARTIST’S TEE
The Artist’s Tee, available in black or white and brought to life with variation artwork by Studio Jana + Koos
Playful yet intentional, the illustrations celebrate the joy at the heart of the JAN ethos, reminding us that life, like art, is meant to be fun.
BUT THERE'S MORE...
The first rosé in the JAN wine stable feels like a natural extension of a long-held philosophy: that life is best savoured through meaningful moments.
Crafted in collaboration with La Motte, the JAN Grenache-Mourvèdre-Cinsault-Shiraz is light, playful and quietly sophisticated. Its salmon-pink hue and delicate Mediterranean character open with floral jasmine, hints of melon and citrus, and a whisper of Turkish delight. Bone-dry yet rounded, it lingers with subtle minerality and a bright orange-zest finish. A rosé made for fresh inspiration and new beginnings, ideal for lunchtime conversation that stretches late into the evening.
JAN the Journal Volume 16, themed Bread and Butter, is a celebration of how the simplest ingredients can become something extraordinary.
This volume honours the traditions passed down through generations while inviting us to rediscover the joy of the basics we often overlook. Inside, you’ll find recipes that showcase butter in all its golden versatility, a thoughtful reflection on how bread ever became mislabeled the “bad guy,” and a tour de pain through some of South Africa’s most exceptional loaves (proof that Europe isn’t the only team in the game). Anchored by a deeper exploration into creativity as our quiet superpower, Volume 16 reminds us that inspiration is always closer than we think, ready to rise the moment we give it the opportunity.

INTRODUCING MAISON BLANCHE
MAISON BLANCHE
Maison Blanche, the newest addition to the JAN Crockery Collection, brings a youthful spirit to the timeless elegance of fine china.
Its playful scalloped edges and softly asymmetrical forms feel both modern and deeply rooted in age-old craft, creating pieces that carry a sense of spontaneity without losing their refined touch. Homeware, I’ve always believed, is art for the table, a canvas where meals, memories, and moments unfold, turning even the simplest gathering into a quiet celebration of care, beauty, and intention.
FORAGE AND FEAST X JAN HOMEWARE
A new and exclusive collaboration comes to the table with the Forage and Feast and JAN premium homeware selection, combining JAN’s signature refinement with Forage and Feast’s dedication to quality.
From a cheese knife balanced in the hand to an olive-oil and vinegar drizzler pair shaped for a perfect pour, a ceramic pinch pot ready to season a moment, and a honey jar with its maple wood dipper, each piece in this limited edition collection turns the table into a moment of simple luxury.
