Few things are as refreshing as a bubbly tonic on a hot day. Made with mescal, the Paloma Tonic is the perfect way to celebrate the end of winter.
PALOMA TONIC
THE WEATHER IS FINALLY HEATING UP AND THERE’S NO BETTER DRINK TO CELEBRATE WITH THAN THE DELICIOUS PALOMA TONIC.
Add 60ml mescal and 40ml cinnamon-infused simple syrup to a tall glass filled with ice.
Top the glass with Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic and squeeze a bit of lime juice on top (optional). Garnish with a bitter fruit, like grapefruit, or go for something unexpected, like gooseberries.Â
For a reduced sugar option, simply omit the syrup.
