I don’t often get sentimental about things. That’s not entirely true… I do, but I don’t have a lot of things that go wherever I go. The one thing I will say is that, a knife roll is to any serious foodie what an art box is to a painter. It grows with you with every knick and scratch, and if you look after it, it can last a lifetime. I still have my first knife roll, which inspires me to new creative heights every time I open it. It took me a long time to find one that I would put my name on, and I hope this brings you the same inspiration that my knife roll brings me.
The JAN knife roll is made from the finest first grade, full grain locally sourced bovine leather. All hardware used is made from low lead, solid brass. Available in Tan with JAN in gold foil.
