To make it, start by preparing the glass: Garnish the rim with a sprinkle of crushed Maldon salt, adding a touch of saltiness to balance out the sweetness of the cordial. Next, mix 40 ml of tequila gold, 20 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of triple sec, and 5 ml of lemon zest in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 30 ml of Forage And Feast Lemon Cordial with Cucumber and Mint flavouring to the mix, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
