What better way to celebrate the silver screen’s biggest night than with a delicious margarita in hand? JAN Group Executive Chef Antro Davel has crafted the perfect cocktail for movie night – the Forage And Feast Lemon Margarita.

This refreshing drink combines the zesty kick of lemon with a refreshing taste of mint and cucumber. The Forage And Feast Lemon Cordial with Cucumber & Mint flavouring sets this margarita apart, providing a unique and unexpected twist on the classic recipe.


To make it, start by preparing the glass: Garnish the rim with a sprinkle of crushed Maldon salt, adding a touch of saltiness to balance out the sweetness of the cordial. Next, mix 40 ml of tequila gold20 ml of lemon juice20 ml of triple sec, and 5 ml of lemon zest in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 30 ml of Forage And Feast Lemon Cordial with Cucumber and Mint flavouring to the mix, and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until the shaker feels cold.

Finally, pour the mixture into the salt-rimmed glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
