Volume 1 of JAN the Journal was a beautiful exploration of South Africa, France and Italy where we visited various growers and makers from all three countries, a theme that set the tone for every Journal that followed; that is, to discover the origins of the ingredients we cook with every day. I was raised on vars plaas melk (fresh milk from the farm), and to me, this image gives this miraculous ingredient the pedistal it deserves.
Printed on Felix Schueller True Fibre Paper in warm white with a 20 mm handling border all round.
Optional frames are black aluminium and glass with white border.
Double-walled cardboard packaging.
A certificate of authenticity is included with each print.
