Banana Bread Overnight Rice Bowl

INGREDIENTS
80 g Spekko Saman Long Grain Brown Rice, cooked
1 banana
100 ml milk
20 g peanut butter
5 ml honey
20 g raisins
10 g pistachio nuts
2.5 ml cinnamon, ground
1 ml nutmeg, ground
METHOD
In a glass mason jar add sliced banana at the bottom, followed by the cooked rice.
Layer the remaining ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight.
Mix all of the ingredients through with a spoon just before eating.
